The sheet

Fill in what you know. Nothing you type is sent or saved; it stays in this browser tab.

Contact rules, explained

Missionaries write and call home on their weekly preparation day, and they start any texts, calls or video chats. They’re also encouraged to reach out on special days like birthdays and holidays. If family needs to contact a missionary, they should go to the mission president first.

Tips

  • Name one point person who shares news, so the missionary isn’t answering the same question ten times.
  • Save your missionary’s emails and photos in your own accounts as they arrive. See how to save your missionary’s emails.
  • Check the mailing address with your missionary or the mission before you send anything. See letters and packages.
